EXOTIC blends of tantalizing spices from Africa and South America are the key taste components in two new hummus toppings from Lisa’s - Chakalaka and Chimichurri. Each blend has been developed over the company’s popular smooth hummus that is now even smoother with a new grinding technique. The hummus is now blended with a generous dash of tahini and then enhanced with lemon and pure sunflower oil. The Chakalaka is a blend of African spices with red pepper, tomato, cumin, garlic and chilli, while the Chimichurri uses an array of herbs and spices, peppers and a hint of chilli. They are both in 200 clear plastic packs.
